Origami on the Ambassadori Island

Origami is a 37-floor mixed-use tower in the centre of Ambassadori Island, the 84-hectare artificial island under construction in central Batumi. It stands beside the planned cultural district, park and shopping centre, with sea views from all four sides of the building. Hotel rooms occupy floors 4–17 and residences floors 19–37, separated by a spa floor on level 18; the lower floors hold the lobby, commercial areas, a conference hall, a panoramic restaurant and pools, and a helipad on the roof. Residences run from 33.5 sqm studios to 77.8 sqm two-bedroom layouts, with penthouses on floors 36–37, and hotel rooms from 31.4 sqm studios to 77.8 sqm two-bedroom suites. The curved, sail-like balconies of the facade draw on Batumi's maritime history. Origami offers two products in one building: hotel rooms in a pooled rental system run by an international operator, and branded residences for owners who want hotel-standard service at home. A biohacking centre, 5D cinema and spa add indoor amenities that do not depend on the beach season. The developer, Origami Holding, has built in Batumi since 2008 and has completed more than 200,000 sqm. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029, and the interest-free instalment plan spreads payments across the construction period — hotel rooms suit investors seeking managed rental income, residences suit buyers who plan to live in or hold a serviced home.
