New Village Villas

New Village Villas occupies a gated 12,845 m² site in Gonio, five minutes from the shore and roughly ten minutes from central Batumi — the same stretch of coast where the Gonio Yachts & Marina development has been announced. The first phase is complete and occupied: ten three-storey townhouses of 195 m², each on its own 200 m² plot with a terrace, private pool and parking space. Two further phases follow, adding five detached houses and five townhouses of approximately 110 m², delivered in spring 2027 and at the end of 2028. Every home is handed over finished, furnished and fitted with appliances. The site is run by an in-house management company responsible for cleaning and upkeep of both the houses and the grounds, and shared facilities include a farmers' market of around 2,000 m², a 1,600 m² recreation area, a communal pool, a restaurant and a viewing platform.
