Corall Seaside Resort

Corall Seaside Resort is a two-tower resort complex on Tamar Mepe Avenue, standing directly on the Black Sea shoreline — three minutes from Batumi Central Railway Station and ten from the Old Boulevard and the Botanical Garden. The towers share a plot of 11,234 sqm: Tower A pairs premium residences with a five-star hotel and its suites, while Tower B holds apartments of 27–73 sqm in studio and one-bedroom layouts, each oriented to sea, city or mountain views. The project is developed jointly by Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group and Mziuri Development, to a design by the Georgian architectural studio Hausart, whose work includes Batumi Tower (Le Méridien) and the Sheraton Metekhi Palace. What separates it from the rest of the central Batumi market is the shoreline position itself — a private beach in front of the towers and a planned private yacht club with individual piers, alongside a casino, panoramic pool, spa, gyms, restaurants and dedicated business and commercial floors that keep the complex active outside the summer season. Tower B is currently in pre-sale, the earliest entry point in the project cycle, with residences in Tower A released at a later stage. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2031 and the interest-free instalment runs for five years — an unusually long horizon for Batumi, spreading payments across most of the construction period.
