Lagoon Resort is the first resort-within-a-resort cluster in Batumi — a 20,000+ m² private territory on New Boulevard, in the city's low-rise development zone, 5 minutes from the sea and 7 minutes from Batumi International Airport. The flagship hotel inside the resort operates under DoubleTree by Hilton, unlocking the Hilton Honors global booking channel and its 250 million members from the moment the hotel launches. Operations across the entire territory are managed by HSC Group, the leading hospitality operator in Georgia, with 10 existing facilities and 800+ employees. The masterplan is built around 40+ infrastructure facilities — among them the only Recovery & Wellbeing centre in Georgia (2,000 m² of physical and psychological recovery programmes), the only full-scale family resort in Batumi (heated sandy salt-water lagoon, professionally-staffed children's club, private cinema, SPA, gentlemen's lounge) and dedicated MICE infrastructure for business tourism. 70% of the territory is recreation: gardens, pools, open spaces; only 30% is built. Premium specification throughout — travertine, KONE elevators, double-layer tempered glass, 3 m ceilings and 4 m wide studios versus the standard 3 m. The masterplan is delivered in phases: the first three blocks complete in Q4 2027 and investors begin receiving income at that point, with the full resort ensemble completed by 2030.
