Mziuri Wellness

Mziuri Wellness is a residential and wellness development in Makhinjauri, the coastal resort area 6 km north of Batumi, built on the grounds of Adjara's first balneological resort and set among mature pine forest 2 km from the Batumi Botanical Garden. The complex brings together 244 apartments, 51 hotel rooms under Crowne Plaza — the 5-star brand of IHG Hotels & Resorts — and a medical wellness centre built around the sulphur-rich Makhinjauri thermal waters, used therapeutically since the early twentieth century. Because the wellness facilities stay open to outside visitors as well as residents, the complex draws demand year-round rather than only through the summer season. Apartments range from 36 m² studios to 167.5 m² layouts, most with balconies opening onto forest or sea views.
